What is Included in the move package?

• (1) PIR Motion Sensor
• (1) Cellular Communicator

What if I have more equipment or need more at my new location?

We generally do not encourage relocating the security sensors to the new location as they may be difficult to remove or get damaged in transit. If you want or need additional security equipment at your new location please refer to our Dynamark Customer Catalog.

What if I have Lights, Locks, or Cameras?

Customers who wish to take their video and automation devices with them to their next location are certainly encouraged to do so. Dynamark will assist customers in enrolling and setting up these devices at their new home free of charge if they wish to reinstall. If the customer wishes to have them professionally reinstalled service labor rates will apply.

What Does it Cost?

Customers who have fulfilled at least 24 months of service with Dynamarkare eligible for a no cost system move package. Customers with less than 24 months of service still qualify for a deeply discounted move package of $195.

What is required?

Customers are required to sign a new Monitoring and Service Agreement with Dynamark.
